Hello!
If you love warm summer nights watching the sun set or enjoy reading in the crisp morning dew then you know that there is no other place like your front porch.
It took my family and I quite a bit of time to update our front porch over the years. We updated the railing and columns a few years ago. It seems as though every year we tweak our front flower bed with different annuals and perennials. Three years ago we added new colorful ceramic pots for the porch, and a year after that we purchased large planters for my fairy gardens. Last year though, was my favorite update! We finally made the investment to purchase new wicker rocking chairs and a bench with new cushions and pillows and they are so comfy and beautiful and I smile every time I look out the window to see them.
If you are working on updating your front porch or entryway I would suggest that you take your time. Especially, if you are hesitant to spend a lot of money on a complete makeover. Spending bits of money at a time on smaller projects is a great way to make progress without emptying your bank account.
